Sparkling Dhu
Ingredients:
30ml Glenfiddich 12
20ml agave
20ml pinot grigio
20ml Fino sherry
15ml lemon juice
Top glass with soda water
Directions:
Shake and strain once you’ve mixed all the ingredients.
Add a dehydrated apple slice as garnish
