Granny’s Granola - recipe

Try this Granny’s Granola recipe by Chef Devin Hogan

Yield: 8 servings

400g oats

60g coconut oil

50g sunflower seeds

50g pumpkin seeds

50g mixed nuts

50g desiccated coconut

50g maple syrup

 

Instructions:

1) Preheat oven to 120°C

2) Combine all ingredients, except the desiccated coconut and place on a large oven tray

3) Bake for 1 hour, mixing every 15 minutes to ensure even cooking

4) Add the coconut and bake for a further 10 minutes

 

To serve (per serving):

100ml coconut milk

Selection of fresh fruit (passionfruit is recommended)

1 tablespoon dried dates

1 tablespoon maple syrup
