Icy weather is not always the best time to eat ice-cream right? So lets heat things up a bit then!
Don’t worry..this recipe is still low in carbs, free from sugar, vegan-friendly and damn good for you!
Caralishious Coco flavoured coconut milk ice-cream
Ingredients
2 large scoops (approx. 150ml) Caralishious Coco flavoured coconut milk ice-cream
1 tbsp. coco powder
1 tsp. xylitol
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ tsp, ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground cloves
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Step 1:
Gently heat ice-cream on medium heat until soft and creamy
Remove from heat
Step 2:
Add almond milk, stir thoroughly and return to heat
Step 3:
Add remaining ingredients and allow to brew on low heat so that all flavours infuse, about 5 mins.
Step 4:
Pour into mug, top with a small scoop of Caralishious coco flavoured ice-cream and sprinkle with coco powder, pecans and cacao nibs.
