According to Jade, people are too quick to criticise: “Now I know this trend might not be for everyone and that’s okay some women really need the support of a bra and I also don’t suggest doing it every day. However, if you’re feeling daring and you want to try a new trend this may just be the one for you.”

We asked some of the staff their opinions below:
“I wish I could go braless more often, but because I know it will bother people to see my nipples, I choose not to.” NADINE WILLIS
“There’s no problem with it, but unfortunately women get judged for something that men can just openly show.” JAMAL GROOTBOOM
“I’m all for the #freethenipple movement, but it also depends on your cup-size.” JANE FOLODI
“I have mixed-emotions. Look, if you have sexy and perky tennis ball cups, why not go braless? But, if you are going to do it, you can’t really take offense if men are going to stare and give you unwelcome comments.” VIWE NDONGENI
“I don’t have a problem with this movement at all! My ‘bee stings’ are so small, so no one would ever notice if I’m wearing a bra or not.” ASHLEIGH KLEIN
