As instructed, I applied a thick layer on a dry skin and massaged in light circular movements for 1 minute.
After a minue bubbles began to form a thin foam - which apparently is oxygen being released into the product.
After about 5 minutes, once the bubbles/foam have disappeared it can be rinsed off.
