Washington - For the first time in nine years, American talkshow diva Oprah Winfrey is poised to share the front cover of the monthly magazine that bears her name with an arguably equally famous personality - US First Lady Michelle Obama.
Michelle Obama is to grace the cover of the April edition of O, The Oprah Magazine, alongside Oprah, said US media, quick to note that this is the first time that Oprah has shared the limelight on the cover of her magazine in the nine years since it was launched.
In an interview published in April's O, Michelle Obama talks about her redecoration plans for the White House and tells how her family feels privileged to be living in the president's residence on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington.
Winfrey, who has been ranked the most powerful celebrity in the world for two years in a row by Forbes Magazine, gave Michelle Obama's husband Barack a key endorsement during his ultimately successful campaign for the US presidency. - AFP
