A leaky valve in the interwebs has allowed pictures of the all-new Porsche Panamera to seep into the cyber-garage before its official debut and one thing is clear - this one is far easier on the eye than its controversial 'Hatchback of Notre Dame' predecessor.

Though still taking the form of a five-door liftback, the new Panamera appears less dumpy thanks in part to a more saloon-like tail end with a proper raised boot lip and steeper-angled upper hatch as well as a more pronounced shoulder line. The front is an evolution of the current design, albeit quite heavily influenced by the latest 718 Boxster.

The new Panamera is set to be revealed in Berlin next Tuesday evening, June 28, and we'll have to wait until then to get the full low-down on the new luxury hatch, but current rumours suggest that it'll lose some weight (up to 90kg according to most sources) and gain new V6 and V8 turbopetrol engines.
