This Tata thinks it's an Evoque

What happens if you're a Range Rover Evoque fan living in India and you can't afford the ride of your dreams?

You may just call up BigDaddyCustoms to make that dream come true - but in this case you might just need to bring some of your own imagination to the party.

The Moon Rover, by BigDaddyCustoms, started life as a decidedly utilitarian Tata Safari - but it's been blinged up to look like a Range Rover Evoque - or as close as can be possible if you're building it around a decidedly ungainly SUV.

The styling package replicates the Evoque in its headlights, front bumper and taillights and they've even thrown in LED daytime running lamps, a new set of alloys and chrome-tipped quad exhaust pipes. Of course, the pillars and roof have also been blacked out in characteristic Range Rover fashion.

What's more, the interior is engulfed in red leather to stretch the Evoque pretence as far as it will go.

Are you cheering, laughing or crying right now?
