Cape Town - Controversial forensic investigator Paul O’Sullivan was arrested at OR Tambo International on Friday night, according to reports.

Specialist investigator Mike Bolhuis then tweeted that O'Sullivan, 60, was in possession of three passports.

It is alleged that O'Sullivan was attempting to leave the country and resisted arrest.

Bolhuis said that he was detained for violating Immigration Act Section 26.

O’Sullivan is being held at the Pretoria Central Police Station.
