A man has been arrested in Mayville, Durban for possession of drugs, KwaZulu-Natal police said.

Colonel Jay Naicker said police monitored the 30-year-old man for a month before busting him at about 1pm on Wednesday.

Police seized packaged heroin with an estimated street value of R130 000.

Naicker said the man was expected to appear in the Durban Magistrate's Court on Thursday. - Sapa
