Johannesburg - Former police crime intelligence boss Richard Mdluli appeared briefly in the Palm Ridge Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.

The case was postponed to December 5 to allow the defence to acquire documents they need to proceed with their case.

Mdluli faces a string of charges related to the killing of his former lover's husband Oupa Ramogibe in February 1999.

These include kidnapping, assault, intimidation and defeating the ends of justice. - Sapa
