The dying words of a Nongoma man have incriminated his girlfriend and her lover.
Provincial police spokesman, Captain Thulani Zwane said a policeman from Nongoma had responded to a complaint on Saturday evening in the Dabhazi area of Nongoma.
“He found the victim still alive and speaking,” he said.
Zwane said
the victim told the policeman he had been assaulted by his girlfriend and her other boyfriend. The victim, identified as Bhekabantu Nkosinathi Cebekhulu, had sustained serious wounds to the head,” he said.
He later died in hospital.
The couple have been arrested and charged with murder. – Daily News Reporter
