Pretoria - The Pan Africanist Congress (PAC) in Tshwane said on Saturday that it's election manifesto would put concrete solution to problems facing the country.
The party would launch it's election manifesto in East London on Sunday, said PAC Tshwane Regional Chairman Sbusiso Xaba said in a statement.
“The manifesto correctly priorities issues of education, health, economy and land question,” Xaba said.
He said that this was aligned to the needs of Twane ratepayers, as children were being financially excluded from higer education, regardless of their talent.
Xaba also said that the shortage of health care centres in African suburbs hampered the quality of life.
“The issue of public transport as engine to economic participation is prominent in this manifesto in line with our campaigns for reliable rail transport and compliance to national housing guidelines on public transport access,” he said.
