Johannesburg – Fourteen people were injured on Friday when their minibus taxi crashed into a heavy grader on the N12 outside Klerksdorp, paramedics said.
ER24 Spokesperson Russel Meiring said authorities, arrived on the scene and found the grader and minibus in the middle of the road.
"Paramedics assessed 14 people who had been injured and the injuries sustained were from minor to moderate," said Meiring.
The patients were treated for their injuries and were thereafter transported to nearby provincial hospitals for further care.
The cause of the collision is not yet known and local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
