Umhlanga - Two people have been arrested after crack cocaine with an estimated street value of R20 000 was confiscated in Umhlanga Rocks, north of Durban, on Wednesday, KwaZulu-Natal police said.
Colonel Vincent Mdunge said police received a tip-off about drug dealing in Verulam around 3pm.
They arrested a woman with 34 pieces of cocaine with an estimated street value of R3400. She led them to a food outlet in the Gateway Mall, Umhlanga Rocks, where they caught a 35-year-old man with 200 pieces of crack cocaine. The two would be charged with drug dealing and appear in court soon. - Sapa
