Cape Town - Jason Rohde, former SA head of the property group Sotheby’s International Realty, is expected to appear in the Stellenbosch Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday for allegedly murdering his wife.
The case against him will be transferred to the Western Cape High Court.
Rohde, who is on R100 000 bail denies killing his wife, Susan.
He says the mother of their three daughters hanged herself from the bathroom door of the hotel at Spier wine estate in July 2016.
