Warsaw, Poland – The agent for Robert Lewandowski says the Borussia Dortmund striker will transfer to Bayern Munich.

Asked Monday on Poland's TVN24 whether Lewandowski is moving to Munich, agent Cezary Kucharski simply replied: “Yes.” He said that talks between the clubs are underway.

The 24-year-old Lewandowski remained tight-lipped about his plans after Dortmund's loss to Bayern in the Champions League final on Saturday, but outgoing Bayern coach Jupp Heynckes hinted after the game that the Polish striker is joining the Bundesliga champions.

Kucharski said Lewandowski is “curious to get to know a new club and new life”.

Lewandowski was the second best scorer in the German league this season with 24 goals in 31 games. He scored all four goals in a 4-1 win over Real Madrid in the Champions League semifinals. – Sapa-AP
