Are Prince Harry and Chelsy Davy getting back together? According to the Daily Mail, the on-again-off-again couple were spotted climbing into the boot of a Jaguar to avoid being seen leaving a posh nightclub together.
Davy (25) had flown into London on Friday, and met up with Harry the next day, sharing cocktails with friends at the Beaufort House private member’s club in Chelsea. At around 4am, the pair slipped out using a side entrance. Royal protection officers, who had earlier moved luggage from the boot to the backseat of a waiting car, helped the couple into the boot before the car made off for Windsor House.
According to a royal source, the reunion may not be a permanent one.
“It wasn’t really a separation that either of them wanted.
“Chelsy just didn’t like living in Britain – she felt restricted by weather, the media, the royal life. She and Harry love each other, but that doesn’t necessarily mean this is the big reunion and that it’s plain sailing from now on in.”
Harry (26) however, is clearly smitten. He sent Davy a £1000 diamond bracelet for Christmas and has invited her to his brother William’s wedding to Kate Middleton in April.
Davy’s longing to return to Africa devastated Harry, and her party lifestyle coupled with the long distance meant that their relationship fizzled out. Harry reportedly told friends last year that he was single, but he and Davy have remained in regular contact.
