Julia Roberts is selling her New York apartment for $4.5 million.
The Pretty Woman actress, 47, who has children Hazel and Phinnaeus, 10, and Henry, seven, with husband Daniel Moder, has put her three-bedroom, three-bathroom Greenwich Village property which boasts a wood-burning fireplace and a terrace on the market. The New York Post newspaper has described the home’s decor as “easy breezy” and “Hamptons/California-style beachy”.
Julia, 47, is said to “still love” New York and has no plans to sell her Gramercy Park house, but is spending increasing amounts of time in California.
