An undercover cop infiltrates the underground Los Angeles street racing scene to investigate a series of hijackings. But he soon finds himself becoming one of them.

• Make My Home Bigger, The Home Channel, 19.30

Follows Jonnie Irwin as he joins homeowners up and down the UK who are embarking on the biggest renovation projects of their lives. From ambitious basement digs to extraordinary loft conversions, we’ll be there as homes and lives are turned upside down. Irwin joins homeowners Philip and Andrea from Leeds as they embark on the renovation of their dreams. They plan to raise the entire roof of their house in a bid to create a luxury master en-suite on top of their home.

• Someone to Watch Over Me, Sony Entertainment Channel, 20.00

An early example of Ridley Scott’s directing genius. This first-rate thriller stars the first Mrs Tom Cruise, Mimi Rogers (Austin Powers, Dumb and Dumber), as a wealthy socialite who witnesses a grisly mob murder. She is assigned a working-class detective to protect her from the baddies.

• Guest Star: Big Sean, Trace Urban, 20.00

This G.O.O.D. Music artist is aiming to become one of the hottest rappers of the day thanks to his latest album, Hall of Fame: Memoirs of a Detroit Player, which came out last month. The musician has confessed that he wants to impose his own style, stating: “I’m not going by the label standards… I’m just doing me.” And that seems to be working for him.
