• Ultimate Braai Master, Travel Channel, 21.00

Justin Bonello and Ultimate Braai Master return with the competition’s top 15 teams travelling to Zululand in KwaZulu-Natal. From there, and for 60 days, contestants have to travel to 13 off-the-beaten-track locations, covering 8 000km across South Africa in a braai-inspired road trip that will change one team’s life for ever. Teams who can’t stand the heat will face elimination.

• Copper, FOX Crime, 21.25

A gripping crime series set in 1860s New York City that centres on Kevin Corcoran, an Irish immigrant cop working the city’s notorious Five Points neighbourhood. Corcoran is struggling to maintain his moral compass in a turbulent world, while on a relentless quest to learn the truth about the disappearance of his wife and the death of his daughter. His friendship with two Civil War compatriots – the son of a wealthy industrialist and a black physician who secretly assists Corcoran with his work – takes him to the contrasting worlds of elegant Fifth Avenue and an emerging black community in rural northern Manhattan.
