A PERFUME ad featuring Keira Knightley has been banned from children’s television for being ‘too sexually suggestive’.
The commercial, for Chanel’s Coco Mademoiselle, was aired during the children’s cartoon Ice Age 2.
Chanel has defended the ad, saying it was simply ‘playful’.
However, a viewer complained to the Advertising Standards Authority. They thought the clip was inappropriate and sexual.
The watchdog said: ‘There was a suggestion that she was naked aside from a bed sheet.
‘We considered the ad unsuitable for young children.’ - Daily Mail
