SEABROOKES THEATRE: The Compleat Wrks of Wllm Shkspre (Abriged) stages from today to June 22 at 7.30pm nightly and Sunday at 2.30pm. HERITAGE THEATRE: The popular Gee Jays are back, for one week only, with a compilation show of some of their finest and funniest material called Snippets. The show runs from today until Thursday. The Gee Jays – Gary McKenzie, Grant Bell and John Didlick – will perform excerpts from Not The Full Monty, The Three Tonners and Book Club to Bad Moon Rising, Who’s Your Daddy? and Boep Idles. THE BARNYARD THEATRE: To commemorate Father’s Day, The Barnyard Theatre at Gateway will stage Classic Rock on Thursday only. This production pays tribute to the timeless rock bands from the Sixties, Seventies and early Eighties. ELIZABETH SNEDDON THEATRE: Abbamaniacs, written and directed by Aaron McIlroy. Ends June 24. This musical comedy features hits by the legendary Swedish super group, and stars McIlroy as psychotic wannabe DJ Nigel Bjorn van Rensburg, who is an obsessive Abba fanatic who hijacks East Coast Radio’s airwaves to flood listeners’ homes with an ongoing string of his idols’ hits. CATALINA THEATRE: The popular Dingalings Productions, renowned for their children’s theatre, present the delightful Cinderella daily at 11am (except Mondays) from June 26 to July 16. Prepare to be dazzled by all the enchantment and magic of this well loved story featuring comedians Koobeshen Naidoo and Henry Ramkissoon.

ELIZABETH SNEDDON THEATRE: Bookings are open for the 12th annual Rainbow Young Performers’ Project: the high-energy, girl-power celebration, Legally Blonde, which will be staged from July 3 to 15. Legally Blonde tells the story of college sweetheart and homecoming queen, Elle Woods, who doesn’t take “no” for an answer. So when her boyfriend Warner dumps her for someone serious, Elle puts down her credit cards, hits the books and heads for Harvard Law School.
Based on the movie of the same name, Legally Blonde is directed by Themi Venturas, choreographed by Daisy Spencer with vocal and musical support by Charon Williams Ros studio.
