Cape Town - De Hoop Collection invites you to deepen your yoga practice at its second Yoga Retreat with the Iyengar yoga teacher, Marianne Wiid in the pristine and beautiful setting of the De Hoop Nature Reserve from May 6 to 9, 2016.

Guided by Marianne Wiid you will enjoy an enriching experience that will unify body, mind and spirit. A qualified Iyengar yoga teacher of note, Wiid teaches regular yoga classes at her Hermanus studio, My Yoga Space and also in Stanford. She approaches life wholistically and combines her passion for Yoga and the ‘bringing of joy to others’ in all aspect of her life.

She recognises Yoga as a continuous journey, one which never ends which allows her to guide her students with compassion towards a fulfilled vision of a joyous and peaceful life.

The three-day Retreat, from Friday afternoon May 6 until after breakfast on Monday morning, May 9 will be a combination of fresh air, restorative yoga and nature walks in the tranquil setting in a meditative space which will recharge and revitalise your energy .

The Retreat includes not only yoga workshops, pranayama, asanas, restorative yoga and sun salutations on the Koppie Alleen dunes, but also sundowners which you can enjoy while watching the pelicans and flamingoes on the vlei, stargazing, bird and marine walks (at low tide) along the spectacular rocky shores to Koppie Alleen and a picnic outing.

All meals (healthy breakfasts, lunches and dinners) will be vegetarian, creatively prepared by the vegetarian chef.

Price: R3 640 (per person sharing) includes yoga, accommodation in an Equipped Cottage or de Hoop Village, all meals, stargazing and Marine experience.

Optional Spa treatments at the new Spa @ De Hoop can be booked and paid for separately.
