Johannesburg - The SA Airways (SAA) has cancelled three flights between Hong Kong and Johannesburg, a spokesman said on Thursday.
“SAA regrets any inconvenience caused to our passengers,” Tlali Tlali said.
Flight SA287 for Thursday, from Hong Kong to Johannesburg, was cancelled because the aircraft needed repairs.
Thursday's flight SA286 from Johannesburg to Hong Kong was cancelled because of bad weather due to typhoon Rammasun.
Flight SA287, due to leave Johannesburg to Hong Kong on Friday, was also cancelled.
Twenty people were injured when an SAA airways plane from Johannesburg to Hong Kong flew into severe turbulence over Kuala Lumpur's airspace on Wednesday.
