Cape Town - Screaming babies, uncontrollable toddlers - it’s every passenger’s worst nightmare.
But one stranger displayed an incredible act of kindness to an expectant mom flying with her 20-month-old son.
On a recent Southwest Airline flight, the passenger offered to help the mom by walking down the aisles of the plane while trying to soothe the toddler, according to an article by The Huffington Post.
A fellow passenger who witnessed the act was moved to tears and posted the touching scene on social media.
“...Her son was upset and fussy. [The man] did not complain, he just told her that he was a DAD [sic], and wanted to help her so she could rest,” passenger Andrea Byrd wrote in a Sep 5 Facebook post, which was shared over 100 000 times.
