Three men were arrested in Soweto yesterday for allegedly stabbing a man to death, police said.
Warrant Officer Kay Makhubela said the three men were drinking at a shebeen in Protea on Sunday night when a fight broke out with another man.
“The fight started about a girl. The three men attacked the 29-year-old man and stabbed him multiple times in the upper body with bottles. He died on the scene.”
Makhubela said the men were arrested yesterday morning and would appear in court soon. – Sapa
