THE STAR is giving away 10 double tickets to R&B superstar Usher’s concert and 10 Usher CDs.

The search is over and the votes have been tallied. The six fresh SA music acts to perform with Usher at the Hansa Festival of Legend s at Orlando Stadium in Soweto on March 10 have been announced.
The crowd can expect to hear Mo and the Dark Knight’s fusion of funk, kwaito, hip hop, rock and soul; songbird Busi M’s jazz and dance beats; Shoelace’s pop rock with African elements; Mapakshop’s Motswako hip-hop rap; Mo Klassiks’s hip-hop; and Zulu rapper Abus’s lyrical rhymes.
“The six urban artists were selected out of 1 500 entries from around the country by Hansa’s team of Talent Search Ambassadors,” said Hansa Pilsener’s general manager, Mosidi Seretlo. “The aim of the competition was to provide a platform for musicians to promote their art and get exposure on a national level, as well as mentoring from credible music industry players.”
The concert will also feature performances from renowned local musicians such as Gang of Instrumentals, Liquideep, Teargas, Zakes Bantwini with Oskido, Vigilante, Capital and DJ Tira.
The concert is for fans over the age of 18 only.
