DURBAN - Ask Afrika, a market research company has released their list of winners of the Orange Index Awards for 2018 according to BusinessTech.
The awards benchmark service levels in the country across 167 companies in 29 different industries.
More than 12000 interviews were conducted with South Africans that included 6000 telephonic and 6000 in person interviews this year.
Sarina de Beer the director of client experience at Ask Afrika spoke about the ten South African companies that achieved the highest service score overall.
She said that the top 10 winners all demonstrate service excellence and are able to meet increasing expectations from customers who are faced with greater choice and display diminishing loyalty.
