WATCH: Century City Summer Night Market back again

CAPE TOWN - The Century City Natural Goods Market has confirmed that the Summer Night Market happening this weekend will once again mark the arrival of the festive season for Capetonians.

The organisers of the event say they are expecting to see between 25 and 30 vendors showcasing their different food goodies and drinks throughout the Friday evening. 

Century City Natural Goods Market representative, Heather Dreyer explained: "The market is aimed at affording people living around Century City and those working in the area an opportunity to exhibit different food products and at the same time afford the vendors a benefit of financial value for their products".

Dreyer further explained that a vendor can enjoy the benefits of the market by registering for R400.00 to attend each market. This is amount is understood to cover expenses for the tent, the event assistants, tables and chairs, electricity, entertainment, decorations and other expenses.

The fair runs annually, every second Friday of the summer months, starting from October. 

The market will boast with an array of food and drinks; goodies and gifts; and entertainment, the organisers said.
