DURBAN - Kylie Jenner is on the cusp of becoming the world's youngest billionaire, a mantle that once belonged to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg. 

However, there are currently people who are in the 20's who are already billionaires. 

Here is a look at the World's Top 10 Youngest Billionaires according to Investopedia:

1. Alexandra Andresen, 21

Andresen who was born in 1996, is currently the world's youngest billionaire. The Norwegian billionaire is the daughter of Johan H. Andresen. Her father owns Ferd a Norwegian investment company that runs hedge funds. In 2007, Alexandra and her sister Katharina received 42,2% ownership and in the process inherited the money too. She has a net worth of $1,4 billion.

2. Katharina Andresen, 23

Katharina is the older sister of Alexandra Andresen, Like her sister she also inherited a 42,2% stake of Ferd. Katharina has a net worth of $1,4 billion.

3. Gustav Magnar Witzoe, 25

Witzoe owns close to half of Salmar ASA, a company that is one of the biggest producers of salmon. The company spearheaded the industrialisation of salmon farming in Norway. In 2013, this stake was given to him by his father Gustav Magar Sr who founded the company in 1991. Witzoe invests in real estate and startups and has a net worth of $2,7 billion.

4. John Collison, 27

John Collison is the owner and co-founder of Stripe, a company that builds software for businesses that can be connected to websites and apps to instantly link with a credit card and banking systems. Collison founded the company with his brother Patrick while they both were in university in Boston. Collison has a net worth of $1 billion.

5. Evan Spiegel, 28

Spiegel is the co-founder and CEO of Snap Inc which is the parent company of Snapchat. Snap Inc has a market cap if $16,7 billion as of July 11, 20118. While at Stanford University he met co-founder Booby Murphy. Spiegel has a net worth of $3 billion.

6. Ludwig Theodor Braun, 28

Braun owns a 10% stake in the medical device company B. Braun Melsungen, which was founded in 1839. The medical device company manufactures injection solutions and surgical instruments. Braun has an estimated net worth of $1,6 billion. 

7. Bobby Murphy, 29

Murphy is the other co-founder of Snap Inc with Evan Spiegel and he is the owner of the company. As mentioned above Murphy met Spiegel met when the studied at Stanford University together. Murphy has a net worth of $3 billion.

8. Patrick Collison, 29

Older brother of John Collison, Patrick is the co-founder of Stripe and the CEO of the company. Some of Stripe's investors include Elon Musk and Peter Thiel. Collison has a net worth of $1 billion.

9. Wang Han, 30

Han inherited his wealth from the shares he holds in Juneyao, an airline that is based in China. Han inherited the shares from his father who was the founder of the Juneyao Group. Han has an estimated net worth of $1,3 billion. 

10. Lukas Walton

Walton's grandfather is the founder of Walmart, Sam Walton. Lukas inherited his shares from his father who passed away in 2005. Walton owns stakes in Walmart, First Solar and Arvest Bank. He has an estimated net worth of $14,2 billion.
