You can now pay with Bitcoin on Craiglist

SAN FRANCISCO - Craigslist is making it easier than ever for customers to accept cryptocurrency, as it now accepts Bitcoin as a payment option on its website. 

Craigslist is a large American classified advertisements website with sections devoted to jobs, housing, for sale and items wanted sections. The website added a new button which lets sellers indicate if they accept cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin in exchange for the thing they're trying to sell. 

However, Craigslist is not the first and only website to accept Bitcoin.

Here are more websites that accept Bitcoin:

1. Expedia 

Expedia is an online travel booking Agency and since June of 2014 users have had the option to pay for their hotel bookings with bitcoins. Currently, Bitcoin payment is only accepted for hotel bookings. 

2. eGifter

eGifter is a popular gift card site and mobile app that lets users buy gift cards for all sorts of places, including Amazon, JCPenny, Sephora, Home Depot, Kohl's and more. eGifter uses Coinbase as their bitcoin partner.

3. WordPress.com 

Wordpress is an online company that allows users to create free blogs. So on your wordpress blog you can accept bitcoin payments for any products and services that you offer on your blog. 

4. Microsoft

Microsoft users can buy content with Bitcoin on Xbox and Windows stores.
