What are the key challenges organisations will encounter - and how can management and HR collaborate to react and overcome these challenges?

Management and HR should therefore work hand-in-hand to identify the impact of technological advancements on business processes and workforce requirements. Management’s role is to provide strategic direction and allocate resources for technological integration.
