Daniel Baldwin has become a father for the fifth time.
The 'Grey Gardens' star and his wife Joanne welcomed a girl into the world on Friday morning (07.08.09) at Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre.
The couple - who also have an 18-month-old daughter, Avis Ann - named the newest member of their family Finley Rae Martineau.
Daniel's representative said: "Avis is excited to meet her new little sister."
The 48-year-old actor has three other children, Kahlea, 25, Alexandra, 18, and Atticus, 13, from three previous relationships.
Daniel met former model Joanne when he was in rehab for drug addiction in 2007. She worked as a chef in the treatment facility. They married later the same year.
Meanwhile, a judge is expected to rule on a Los Angeles' woman's request for a restraining against Daniel this week.
Helen Smith claims she started receiving threatening phone calls and text messages from the actor after she fired his niece Jennifer Keurhler, who had been working as the Smith family's nanny.
Smith told a Los Angeles Country Superior Court judge: "I know that Daniel Baldwin had had numerous issues with drugs and was concerned for the safety of my children and family."
Daniel has since issued a statement denying the harassment claims. He claims he had only contacted the Smith family because they failed to pay Keurhler money they owed her. - Bang Showbiz
