Heather Locklear has pleaded not guilty to allegedly attacking police officers at her home in February.

The actress was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic battery for allegedly assaulting her boyfriend, Chris Heisser, at her California home on February 25.

Locklear, 56, was also arrested on four counts of misdemeanour battery on a police officer and one charge of resisting or obstructing a police officer.

Last month, the domestic battery case was dropped, but it was reported she would still face the other charges.

According to TMZ, the star has now pleaded not guilty.

The publication reports that she was not present at her hearing last week, but her attorneys entered the plea on her behalf.
