Dwayne Johnson still feels “ill will” towards Vin Diesel.
The Rampage actor was first rumoured to be feuding with his Fast and Furious co-star in 2016 when he branded an unspecified cast-mate unprofessional and a “candya*s” and he’s admitted they have confronted their issues and accept they have different “philosophies” when it comes to their work.
But while the 45-year-old actor wishes the 50-year-old star “all the best”, he admitted he still bears a grudge and hinted he may not appear in the ninth instalment of the Fast and Furious franchise.
He told Rolling Stone magazine: “Vin and I had a few discussions, including an important face-to-face in my trailer.
“And what I came to realise is that we have a fundamental difference in philosophies on how we approach movie-making and collaborating. It took me some time, but I’m grateful for that clarity.
“I wish (Diesel) all the best and I harbour no ill will there, just because of the clarity we have. Actually, you can erase that last part about ‘no ill will’. We’ll just keep it with the clarity.”
