Local artist Moonchild Sanelly was allegedly detained at a Tanzania airport and accused of having drugs in her possession.

In a post shared on ZACelebs Instagram page on Tuesday afternoon, Moonchild is seen in what looks like a self-recorded video, and claims she's being accused of having drugs in her possession.

"I'm in Tanzania and I can't make the Cape Town show 'cause people don't understand colour ... and they just have to be racist about everything and you have to call them madam ... but you don't even have drugs. Just because you look like drugs ... they didn't find drugs..." a visibly irritated Sanelly said.

Moonchild is seen scuffling with airport security before phone drops on the floor. The phone continues to film the confrontation, and Moonchild can be seen arguing with the staff.
