The video left many tweeps unimpressed as the "cringeworthy" video it made its rounds. Here's what some of them had to say:
That video of Riky Rick telling that kid to take off his fake shoes is cringeworthy. Worse, you could see he felt like a boss doing it.

The Riky Rick video makes me sad because it's like a knock for people who aspire to be like him.

Riky getting the kid some Vans doesn't make his behavior acceptable either. There's no need to humiliate and ridicule a 3rd world child

Inoba ndinochuku, I don't find what Riky did amusing at all. How humiliating.

However, Riky has responded to the outrage of the whole altercation telling his followers to not "be sensitive".
