Katie Price offered sex advice to daytime TV viewers on Tuesday.
The 37-year-old TV personality - who forgave her husband Kieran Hayler after he cheated on her with two of her best friends - advised women to "explore themselves" before sleeping with a partner.
Speaking on ITV show 'Loose Women', she said: "I'm going to say it in a nice way, a woman has got to experience an orgasm herself before a man can do it for her, because she's got to explore herself first. Is that clean enough for you?"
Katie also advised that keeping an open dialogue in a relationship is important as otherwise the lack of intimacy becomes a "big problem".
She said: "A lot of women have kids and their sex drive goes, I hear this from a lot of my friends. Their husbands [get upset] if they haven't had it for a certain amount of time. Men's bodies don't change women's bodies do. You have kids, your libido might be low, I think it's good to talk about it.
"I know it's hard for some people to talk, but I think if you do you don't have to do it in a serious way just sort of joke, otherwise it will be a big problem."
