Actress Ashley Judd narrowly escaped serious injury this week when her luxury mobile trailer caught fire.

The incident occurred during shooting for the beautiful star's new movie Come Early Morning, in Arkansas.

According to reports, Judd and hundreds of extras had been shooting a nightclub scene at the Hollywood Country Club when the terrifying blaze broke out.

Fire-fighters were immediately called and eventually extinguished the burning bus after bravely battling the fire for hours.

The fire completely gutted the trailer, which was parked outside the nightspot, but luckily nobody was inside when it went up in flames

Investigators believe the blaze was caused by a candle left burning inside by a member of the film's production company - who told officers he had left the candle lit.

Judd - who has starred in a string of Hollywood films, including Heat, Natural Born Killers and A Time To Kill - is said to have been left shaken by the incident but "relieved" that nobody was injured.
