Satellite provider adds more channels to its line-up
Spring has certainly sprung at StarSat, with the channel announcing a major shake-up of its channels and content going forward.
From today, viewers will be introduced to new channels available in the satellite TV provider's various packages.
The new channels are community station SOWETO TV, music channel Trace Africa, ST Naija, which celebrates the pop culture of Nigeria and Ghana, and ST KungFu Plus which aims to not only entertain with martial arts, but many facets of Chinese culture and tradition.

At the same time, the ST Novela E1 channel, which showcases the increasingly popular telenovela story-telling format from exotic locations such as Mexico, Turkey and the Phillipines, has been rebranded as ST Novela E. Similarly, the film channel ST Movies 1 will now be known as ST Movies Plus, and the Indian content channel Star Life OK will now be be known as Star Bharat.
Portuguese channel RTP will no longer form part of the bouquet.
