Sunday night TV normally kicks off with Date My Family at 6pm on DSTV's Mzansi Magic. And whether you watch on your telly or via Twitter — or both — DMF makes for great television, and always sparks conversation on social media.

On last last night's episode we met 28-year-old Nepo, a Forex Accountant from Alberton in Joburg.

While many kept wondering whether a “Forex Accountant” is even a real profession, others were baffled at the second bachelorette’s friends' reaction — the ladies changed their tune after hearing what the potential bae does for a living.

At first glance the ladies were convinced Nepo was not the right man their friend, Blessing. Even Blessing herself, who was watching from a separate location, seemed unimpressed until Nepo said he's an accountant.

"The thing thing that came to my mind was he's got money and he's probably intelligent," said Blessing.

Twitter, however, had a few ideas of their own.

DEFINITION:

Forex accountant - an NON existing proffession created on the spot. To charm slay queens #DateMyFamily

But it was Nobuhle's gogo who somewhat stole the limelight and hit it off with Nepo. Gogo was ready to adopt him as her new son-in-law and tweeps were impressed when gogo said she put some love potion in the food so Nepo would come back for her granddaughter — and indeed, he did.

Lol hehehehe 😂 😂 Gogo says ufake ikorobela.. why do I have the feeling she is not joking🙈🙊 #DateMyFamily pic.twitter.com/cGmUIqX7Mg

Then there was a cousin from the third family who seemed as if he wanted Nepo for herself or was it the effect of Nepo's 'Yababa' sauce?

Whether Nepo and Nobuhle have a bright future together, one thing is for certain, the chilli sauce business is thriving:
