In April, local star, Bonang Matheba dazzled as the host at the centenary celebration dinner for Nelson Mandela in London, now SA’s 'Queen B' will be hosting Global Citizen Festival alongside Oprah Winfrey, Naomi Campbell, Gayle King, Bob Geldof, Tyler Perry and Forest Whitaker.

The news came shortly after the official announcement on Monday that Beyoncé and Jay-Z will headline the first Global Citizen Festival to be held on December 2, at FNB Stadium in Johannesburg.

'Queen B's fans and followers couldn't contain their excitement as they begin to congratulate the Top Billing presenter on social media.

 Look at God

Matheba thanked her fans. Posting a heartfelt message on her timeline, stating that she's been "weeping all morning", despite her knowing about the gig for some time now - after another follower asked her how long she's known about the hosting deal.

And it seems someone already predicted this even before the announcement:

Others were already "fasting" and praying for it:

Joining Beyonce and Jay-Z on stage is a blend of local and international stars Cassper Nyovest, D'banj, Ed Sheeran, Eddie Vedder, Femi Kuti, Pharrell Williams and Chris Martin, Sho Madjozi, Tiwa Savage, Usher and Wizkid.
