The Wine

The headline sommeliers are Lloyd Jusa (Saxon Hotel), Gregory Mutambe (12 Apostles Hotel) and Tinashe Nyamudoka (The Test Kitchen).

There is a Wine Wall where you can sniff and enjoy your favourite tipple

The Wine Theatre is where you will learn about the perfect wine pairings.

The theme of this year’s event is Food Waste so there will be creative installations and lots of info about the topic and innovations such as using an entire lemon (peel and all) in your next cocktail.
