Cocktail: Irish gold rush
Ingredients
60 ml Tullamore D.E.W. Original Irish Whiskey
25 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
25 ml honey syrup
Method
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker.
Shake until well chilled, about 10 seconds.
Strain into an ice-filled double old fashioned glass.
