There's something about breakfast. It's the one meal that can determine whether you will have a good or bad day; make the right decisions when it comes to what to eat during the day and depending on the type of breakfast you had- whether you can wait until dinner.
I'm a fan of breakfast and normally try to go big. But living a hectically busy, deadline driven lifestyle has put paid to my breakfast dreams. And before you say 'Wake up an hour early' I use that hour to catch up on some sleep. Hence I have now developed an unhealthy reliance on coffee to deal with my breakfast less weekdays.
So to fill that void (besides eating jelly babies), I have taken to Instagram to see what people around the world are having for breakfast and boy are they showing off!
