Created by Jane Maher, Tullamore D.E.W. Brand Ambassador, the Elevenses cocktail has flavours of lemonade, raspberry and fresh brewed tea but it’s the Tullamore D.E.W that makes it come alive.
Ingredients
60ml Tullamore D.E.W Original Irish Whiskey
2 bar spoons of raspberry preserves
20ml fresh lemon juice
50ml Irish Breakfast Tea (strongly brewed)
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
Hard shake and strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass
Garnish with a lemon twist.
