Transform a traditional ice cream sandwich into a trendy Easter treat with Frey chocolate hot cross buns. The children will love this sweet treat.
6 hot cross buns
6 scoops of blueberry ice cream
180g Frey supreme chocolate slab (for chocolate sauce)
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Halve the hot cross buns horizontally and toast under the hot grill, cut side up for two minutes or until golden.
Place a scoop of ice cream onto the base of each bun.
Top with the remaining hot cross bun halves and squash down gently.
Melt the slab of Frey supreme and drizzle over the hot cross bun sandwich.
Serve and eat before the ice cream melts!
