One of the most familiar faces in food television, Siphokazi Mdlankomo is back for the third season of Let’s Eat with Siphokazi,brought to you by Royco. 

Mdlankomo is a former domestic worker who turned to be a chef and television personality. 

Mdlankomo said the show is all about inspirational mother’s who some were just like her or any other person out there who grew up in poverty but did not let their backgrounds determine their future, mother’s who worked very hard to become who they are today. 

Ingredients

8 chicken heads cleaned

8 chicken feet cleaned

Salt and pepper

250 ml orange juice

30ml Worcestershire sauce

30ml grated ginger

60ml hot chutney sauce

Fresh coriander 

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees 

In a pot place chicken heads and feet salt and pepper with enough water and cook for 15 minutes. 

Remove and drain water. 

In a bowl add all ingredients except coriander and mix to combine. 

Pour marinade over heads and feet and leave to marinate for an hour or overnight. 

Place chicken heads and feet in a roasting pan and roast for 25-30 minutes or until cooked golden and sticky (or grill chicken heads and feet or hot coals).

Garnish with coriander and serve. 

You can use any cut of chicken except chicken breasts.
