It wouldn't be world chicken day with a plate of yummy chicken wings.
Here's how you can make your own.
Makes 20 wings
Ingredients:
Oil or cooking spray, for greasing tin
250ml smoky barbecue sauce
250ml sweet chilli sauce
4 tbs dark soy sauce
Freshly ground black pepper
20 chicken wings
4 spring onions, finely sliced, for serving
Micro coriander, for serving
Limes wedges, for squeezing
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C and lightly grease a roasting tin with oil or cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, chilli sauce, soy sauce and black pepper.
Add the chicken and mix until fully coated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared roasting tin and spread into an even layer.
Bake until the wings are cooked through and golden, 15 to
20 minutes.
Transfer to a large serving platter and garnish with the spring onions, coriander and lime wedges.
